Pretty much a noob, I've just started working on a few small projects and am currently limiting myself to hand tools for financial reasons. But I'm salivating thinking of moving a real tablesaw and router table into my garage-based workshop. There's only so much accuracy I can get from a circular saw, even with some nifty jigs to make things easier.

After I finish drywalling one wall of my "workshop" (really, an empty garage bay) I'm hoping to launch into some more serious projects, like building a bed for my son and one for my wife and I, and who knows what after that?

Bret . . . there are a couple of folks here that only use hand tools. Names escape me now.

Welcome to LJ and be sure to post your projects.

Cheers.
