Recently retired after 40 years working in construction.
Married, 3 kids.
Passionate about hand planes and woodworking tools
generally and now have a little more time
to indulge my hobby.
As far as I know I am the only hand plane maker in Ireland
and want to make as many interesting planes as I can
in whatever time I have left on this mortal coil.

Hi there everyone!
I am a small-time (hobby) hand pane maker and collector in Ireland. As far a I know I am the only plane maker in Ireland.
I am looking for information on the Thomas Falconer Plow plane; details and dimensions that might enable me to
make one. All I can find on the net are a few photos.
Does anyone have any info? Does anyone have a reproduction Falconer?
This plane is very elusive and refuses to give up it’s secrets!
