My shop also gets used for metalworking. I work on cars, build and repair and use computers, repair and use cameras, and enjoy astronomy. I'm the guy that everybody I know comes to when something breaks. Long ago I drove a race car for a while, very much an amateur. I retired (math prof) in January 2009, but still have to learn to say no, so I am still to busy to get as much time in the shop as I would like. I started making sawdust over sixty years ago working with my father and grandfather in their shops.
