I'm 52, married 30 years with 2 grown kids. I started woodworking a few years ago. I used to fly planes and gliders for fun but my wife prefers me to do woodworking because she gets something out of it (also, she's afraid to fly).
Woodworking is my hobby not profession. It helps relieve the stress of my job. I am an equipment maintenance supervisor. I'm responsible for keeping all the production equipment up and running at a company that manufactures circuit boards.
