Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Website:

Software engineer by vocation and woodworker by avocation.

I currently write clinical software for hospitals.

I have in the past been a design tech on flight simulators, Yes for Singer Link Flight simulators. I worked on 747 737 and a Gulfstream or two.

I've also been a Land Surveyor, Video game tech and a tech on punched card machines.

My first program was on punched cards.

My woodworking started with my maternal Grandfather. he could do anything. He and I spent many a day in the shop building and fixing. We did wood, metal and even electronics.

My paternal Grandfather owned a farm. Talk about having to be self sufficient, we built everything from buildings to benches and tables. None I would call fine furniture now, but it was functional.

I built my own house and had plans for a shop then I fell in love. And then moving, and baby daughter, and moving and so on. Until a few years ago I was able to build up my tool collection and start to play with wood again.
