I work as a graphic designer during the day and try to fit in as much shop time as I possibly can in the evenings and weekends.
I am very lucky to have come from a long line of woodworkers, and have quite a lot to live up to. My grandfather was trained in Germany as a master cabinet maker specializing in staircases. In the early 60's, he moved to Canada and became a Pattern Maker. Later on my dad was also trained as a pattern maker.
