« Part 1: Day 2 (I think) Part 2 of AWFS - Las Vegas 2011 series Part 3: Sadly, I must leave LV »

No wonderful tool pictures today, but had a great time talking with the experts. We stopped at almost every finish and finishing tool company today. Asked a LOT of questions, and were able to walk away with more knowledge then we had 15-min prior.

I was abe to actually see some cool tools and materials that will make a world of difference in the shop. There are still enough booths left for us to visit that it should take most of tomorrow to see the rest.

In case you were wondering – the Bily Needs More Tools Fund is running dry. At darn-near $18 / meal, my tool money is being raided in order for me just to survive. Its been difficult to “just say NO” to crab legs, prime rib, and shrimp.

I will leave you with a very nice view from our very dirty hotel window (taken about 20-min prior to this posting.

Remember – keep those $100 bills coming.

Nice view. Don’t forget to share all that new knowledge with those of us not fortunate enough to be there!

Bently – it goes like this. I began by seeing all of the inexpensive tools, and every day I saw more expensive “needed” tools. And, for the record – to date, I have yet to reveive even $1. Most of my fortune has been consumed by steaks and crabs! (Along with an occasional libation)

Beth – I will probably post some stuff after the tools are delivered. I think I made some good purchases. It will probably take a bit longer to write about what I learned.
