Well, I know that you saw some nice things along your journey because I look in their at random myself. It’ll probably take me ten years to get into your club though – you know a little way through here and a little way through there. It’s amazing to me how much woodworking talent is displayed on Lumberjocks.

Hi BigTiny,
I did the same thing after I joined and I’ve kept up over the years so I know how it feels. Don’t worry about that little nagging voice that says “now what am I going to look at”. The new projects just keep rolling in. Now, when you’ve looked at all the blogs, something I’ve yet to do, you may have a problem. lol

By the way, I posted a question the other day and haven’t gotten an answer. I’m almost certain that I’ve seen a Purpleheart or Bloodwood house here. What I mean is there was a finished carpenter who installed a lot of Purpleheart or Bloodwood as built-in cabinets, bathroom, flooring, bookshelves and such. The house was just full of the stuff. Do you recall seeing such a project?

At 15 projects per page were talking about over 35,000 projects! Makes me wonder how many hours by how many people is represented in those projects.

-- I just got done cutting three boards and all four of them were too short. (true story)

Big Tiny, you are “the man”. I don’t think I have the determination to view all the projects. My hat’s off to ya.

Great ! I’ve managed to look at every project myself when I first joined … now I try to keep up with the new ones …

Thanks for the feedback guys. As for doing a one page summary, I don’t need a whole page. Just one word sums it all up: WOW!

As for the time on the computer, it’s great when my insomnia is acting up. My doctor told me insomnia is nothing to loose any sleep over.
I hit him! :)

As for all the projects, now I have to sort through the 150 or so I added to my “favorites” file. So many ideas, so little time.

It would help if my back didn’t bother me so much. The doctors are trying to do something for me, but so far not much luck. I’ve got bone spurs growing on the vertedrae in my lower back that pinch the nerves against the pelvic bones, leaving me in excruciating pain if I stand or sit too long, and that “too long” is getting shorter and shorter. (sigh)

Wish me luck…

That is something I’m still working on and still have a long way to go and the list keeps growing everyday. Would hate to do this in a year’s time, no telling how long the list will be by then.
