Part 1: Trying to design a "wall" of sorts - need some SU help

OK – I have my hand tool shop in a middle bedroom of the house. The walls are bare as to shelves, etc. I don’t plan to sell this house anytime soon, however, I don’t want to install cabinets in the bedroom so that the walls are not damaged. So what I am thinking of doing is making a false wall of sorts.
