I'm currently working very hard to learn to use hand tools and to increase the non-powered portion of my woodworking adventure. I'm working hard on sharpening tools and precision cutting with saws and chisels. It's all great fun.

After reading your response to Dusty’s This Old Mold House posting, you are my new heroine. As someone posted to my wife’s fabric arts forums regarding her — “You rock on so many levels.”

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great. —Mark Twain

Thanks Doug. My Dad never taught me the typical “guy” things growing up. But he did teach me that if I want to do something – I can. I just have to figure out how to get it done.
