I made my deadline, Wanye! The plane is making shavings. Strangely, the iron seems a bit brittle. I might revisit the primary bevel and see what’s available to me. Thanks to Div and Mads for the inspiration!

I think you need to mount a couple gun barrels on it…

I considered it, Nubs. But given its diminutive size, the “respectable” calibers were out of reach:)
