I didn’t think this was worthy of a project entry, although I really like it. My fiance’ uses a Cricut paper cutting system and once the little blades are too dull, they are discarded. Or in this case, discarded to me. I’m not sure what these little microblades are constructed of, but they’re very sharp and durable. I plan to use this little knife as a marking knife in close quarters. Thanks for looking! I’m not sponsored by Cricut but if you’re looking for a gift for the better half, this is a pretty good one:)

Thank you Mads, no, this tiny awl is of ebony. After Superstretch asked about the similarities between blackwood and ebony, I went for a nugget of ebony. I’m looking forward to the first time I reach for this tiny tool.
