Megan’s box arrived and we opened it. The pictures just don’t do your work justice. At least not like holding the real thing in your hands.

The selection of wood is amazing. The colors complement each other so nicely.And the dovetails are so tight and the wood is so thin. Man, I have never seen dovetails in wood this thin. Is your next box to be made out of newspaper? lol you are way above my league in the handmade dovetail department. The wood for the lid is very unique in that it is two different colors, one on the outside and another on the inside. Amazing that wood can change so much while it is growing. This is truly a one of a kind box.

When I think back to our first PM’s and me inquiring about the plans for Janna’s box and how it has all came to this wonderful gift for my grand daughter Megan. And all this at a most difficult time in her life. Your family is truly blessed to have you in their lives as we too feel blessed for having our new friend in our lives. You have touched our hearts very deeply. The only thing nicer than the box is you and your loving, giving heart. People like you are very few and far between. All our love to you and your family. Thank you so much for the appreciation and prayers you paid back that no one in this world can sell. In my simple word … I just don’t understand how I am moved by circumstances, all I know when I work I don’t think of any value but how the owner will like it.

I am very glad that you really love it and this love from your family is worth a million to me! Megan is the luckiest one. I think, it will be difficult to impossible to make another one like that in all my life.
