Fixing/hiding a crack?? - 7 replies

Guys, I have a medicine cabinet that has a beveled glass mirror imbedded into the frame with no way to remove it. I want to inlay/fix this somehow so it won’t be seen the crack is about 5/8” in the corner. I’m showing a corner piece I’m playing with but it will not work as the handle on the opposing side will be affected....

Guys, my till is flat against the wall and I have a Stanley 78 that I would like to place right next three other planes facing the same way and vertical. Does anyone have a till like this (this isn’t mine)that could share how they held theirs in place? Thanks Pat

Guys, I’m building a four sided birdhouse where the roof peak is cut at 45 degrees on either side and butts into a roof thats cut the same way. Here is my VERY crude drawing of what I need help with (circled in red). Is there a calculator that I can use on line for this?

table saw insert is tipping?? - 12 replies

Guys, my table saw has a 4 post system to support the insert it works fine when cutting full length stock (larger than the size of the throat plate) but when ripping smaller pieces the insert tips on the far side. Any solutions help would be appreciated. I’m showing what happens by using my finger as a “small piece”

Good morning guys, my workbench is a torsion box top which is just 3/4 plywood with plywood grid inside. I now find myself more and more needing dog holes for clamping with the end vise. making smooth transition in square leg - 12 replies

Guys, I was wondering how do I make the nice curve from the cove to the square part of the leg? No matter how slow and thin a cut I take I keep chipping out the corners. These are being made for some farm tables out of 2x material. This is what I’m trying to do . Thanks for any help.

Delta midi lathe problem - 8 replies

Craft show booth prices? - 3 replies

Guys, I’m trying to get a better idea of what some of these shows are charging. I went to one 2 weeks ago in NJ where they ranged from 300 to 430$ a booth which I thought was ridiculously high. This was for a 2 day show. Am I off base? Pat
