I am looking for someone to make me a 3” thick hemlock dining table that measures 96” long x 40” wide.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thank you!

Perhaps if you said where you are located, you might get better results! ;) A table top that size can not be sent through the mail.

Kay is right, there are dozens of people here that can do it. However, someone in your area would be preferred.

its ready, what time tomorrow do you want to pick it up? I take cash or cash.

No seriously, provide some contact information, price range, finish, style and where you are located, you may get more serious responses.

I don’t know the extent of your search, but I would stop by a local Woodcraft, Rockler or other woodworking store and see of they can suggest someone. Then you get someone local. You get to see where they work, examples of their work, and can probably work out a better…or at least fair deal. Lumberjocks is a WORLD WIDE woodworking site. You are driving to Montana to hunt turkey. Why go so far for something you can do much closer to home? No offense intended, but you have the wrong tool, the wrong scope and not nearly enough information…

I can build it for you but if you live in NY and I make it in Oregon there would be a lot of shipping cost involved.
There are a good number of woodworkers that are LJ members that have the skill to make a table like your requesting but a lot of details have to be worked out before that can happen.
