This was a fun project of creating a new wooden handle for a Taurus Judge pistol. The following steps outline the work done to create the custom pistol handle as well as a few lessons learned.

Required Items:
  • Wood with character
  • Hand Router with 1/4” straight bit
  • Bandsaw
  • Wood glue and clamps
  • Random orbiting sander w/ various grits
  • Table sander or angle grinder (optional)
  • Power drill
  • Washer
