Here is a Winter shot of the exterior of my workshop. Also some interior shots.
The north side of the shop features a built in shelf is about 9’8” long and now has a recycled ping pong table top serving as a countertop. It is built so that my two, 2-drawer file cabinets slide right under the counter. They make great storage drawers, and are lockable if needed. Or, as you can see, I have a set of book shelfs that also fit right underneath the counter as well.
The opposite side of the shop features a work bench that is made from the recycled lane of a bowling alley. It is 1/2” laminated plastic both sides MDF. It should work out great for gardening. The base and upper cabinets were almost not worth saving, I had to rebuild and reinforce all of the base cabinets. They were removed from our kitchen earlier this year during our remodeling project.
All of the walls are now insulated and have plywood instead of sheetrock walls. I added a little slot wall and trimmed out the corners and edges. Next will be painting the trim, adding plugmold, and organizing my tools.
Thanks for looking,
