ok so i got a bunch of butternut from a guy and he had mentioned that it was extinct or really close, so im curious if he was filling me full of it or if this is the case…he gave me all of what he had which was under 20 bdft and a left buying over 800 bdft of wood (ash/red and white oak/cedar/hackberry) but he was out of black walnut..grrr...
