I'm a fairly new woodworker, got started about a year and a half ago. I came across an episode of Norm's show when I was about 12 and was fascinated. My parents never had the money to set me up with a shop and I was lacking the funds and space until a few years ago. I actually got started when my wife convinced me that using a miter saw and putting crown molding in our house was not as hard as I thought. She got me a miter saw for Christmas and I've been hooked ever since. I only have a few tools (circ saw, router, miter saw, drill press, nail gun and compressor and some sanders). I've made a workbench and started my router table. I haven't had the time to really get into it, but I got some woodworking classes for Christmas and now I plan to get cracking on building an actual piece of furniture. I'll post some pics of my "shop" such as it is asap.
