When I got into woodworking I tried to maintain both a garage and a shop. Eventually, frustrated with the constant tear down and set up, I gave up on maintaining a garage and let my truck sit outside. This not only saved quite a bit of time whenever I went into the shop but it also gave me more room for tools.
