Not a big time woodworkers woodshop. My main piece of ‘equipment’ is my custom built CNC router, with a cut area of 24” x 80”.

Paul, that certainly looks like a nice tool to play with. I am sure that most of us would enjoy having one of these in our shops.

Splinterman, put up some more shots. Hard to get different angles as it’s a big machine in a little room. ;)

Added two more pictures.
One is of the ‘electronics’ area… I set back the electronics (power supply and controller) and put 2 fans on each side so it sucks in at one side and blows out the other. And a plexi front. This keeps things much cooler than in the past. Actually the fan in the power supply, which goes on when it gets hot) has not come on at all because the new setup keeps it all so cool.
Also added some chain cable along the x to tidy things up a bit. Much nicer. Need to do the same going across the gantry for the Z cables.

Thanks. Took a short clip of it cutting today. I’ve had it running for… i don’t know, a bit less than a year, and still get hypnotized watching it cut stuff. ;)

Geezer, sure, I don’t mind. Spent most of the day cutting MDF. Will probably be doing the same tomorrow. Send me a PM or some such here and I can pass on contact info/location…
