I am not a carpenter, nor do I work on assembly line box cabinets.I am a career cabinetmaker and I love the work. Most of my experience is in the custom furniture and casework market. I do not claim to know it all or that I am "the Best". I am professional, detailed, perfectionistic, and strive for the highest quality attainable in my Trade.My focus concerning fine woodwork is to extend my skills to incorporate a sensitivity to design, reputation for high caliber craftsmanship, and a fundamental understanding of heirloom quality construction while satisfying my own personal need for beauty and inner satisfaction. In short, to become a "maker" in the truest artistic sense. I also have a great respect for the heritage of my Trade and appreciation for the knowledge endowed from one generation to the next to preserve, not only knowledge and skill, but character as well. I view it as a noble vocation.
