Soooo, I’m almost finished re-finishing my hardwood floors. I have sanded, sanded, sanded some more, and just finished staining the entire 1,200 square feet of flooring day before yesterday. Now, I’m ready to polyurethane them. My question is…..Gloss, Semi-Gloss, or Satin finish? I was told to use two layers of Glossy then last layer of Satin would make the wear and tear a lot less noticeable. I want it to be a glossy finish, but I have worked really hard and also want it to last as long as it can. Any thoughts or comments welcome! Thanking you in advance
