You did a great job on that duplicator; very creative. Perhaps another way to prevent chip out is to slowly rotate the lathe by hand. With the router turning at over 10,000 rpm you do not need much speed on the lathe rotation.

Great job Alex!

Can you turn up your mic next time? It was really soft audio on two different computers with the speakers close to maxed out.
