Todays a good day,

I while ago I applied to youtube for a partnership, I had been waiting for a long time by now. The day after I joined Lumber Jocks I was accepted… YAY!

I’m not superstious in any way but Lumber jocks seems to be having a good effect on my woodwork and everything else to do with it.

For those who havn’t check out my channel it is: http://www.youtube.com/user/TeenWoodworker

On top of the good news about my partnership acceptence today I recieved my Maths GCSE result ( I’m not sure of the American equivilent) in which I got an A – HAPPY DAYS!

Just goes to show that woodwork dosn’t have to get in the way of your other responsabilities, LOL. Although that dosn’t mean it is easy to keep your mind of woodwork when you need to work – I seem to drift off in Maths about my latest jig design and peice of furniture. ( How I got an A I don’t know)

Agian check out my Youtube channel, todays success has given me the boost to begin producing a website and I will sign up to twitter for people who don’t use Lumber Jocks ( the minority it seems).

Just looked over this post and noticed lumber jocks dosnt display stars and thought i wanted to put the paragraph in bold. My actual Grade was ‘A STAR’ not that it matters to much – I did well.

Congrats on your A. OK, so what’s a youtube partnership?

Thanks,
A Youtube partnership gives you a few benefits, you have more freedom with your channels design and are able to link it up with social networking sites as well as being able to make money from advertising on my videos.

Well congratulations are in order! Excellence is math is exciting news and having your own youtube channel is very cool! Have fun making videos and I hope you make some money from those ads! Update- I went to your youtube site and I have to tell you it is really nice. I watched a couple of your videos and I really enjoyed the one about your workshop. It is really incredible and quite inspiring to see how you have taken a rather tiny and less than optimal space and turned it into a fully functional workshop that has a large number of nice tools. I admire your efforts! The link to the workshop tour is below. I recommend watching it. :)

Congrats on all of that Alex!

I’ve been watching Alex for a while and this kid’s got real talent…and a totally cool shop: you have to check it out. By the way, he and I are combining forces to make a collaborative video. We will be posting it here in a couple or few weeks. Keep an eye out. It should be epic.

The camera I am using is a fugifilm finepix s100. It is really for taking photos but the video quality is pretty good and the zoom is optical so I am using that at the moment.
