Hello fellows, one more time I would like to share with you a tip I use every time I need to use small scrapers for tight spots or small workpieces.

Small scrapers can be hot quickly and they are dificult to hold too.

So I develop a way to hold they using a door hinge. The leather pad doesn’t permit the scraper slip in use.The hinge improve the leverage too.

This kind of hinge works better

Small scraper from Lee Valley

This knife blade can be a good scraper too

Two leather strips improve the hold power (avoid the blade slip)

Glued in place

Ready to work

The knife blade as a small scraper.

This burnisher form Lee Valley is perfect for small scrapers (any small drill bit can make the hook too).

Thanks for attention
