« Part 2: Window seat #2 Part 3 of Window seat series no next part

Finished the window last week. Mac. my wife made the seat cushions. We are weighting on the pillow to arrive to finish it completely. One of the objectives, was to match the floor witch is 16 years old. and a little faded. I chose Shellack clear for the finale coat for its slight yellow tint over the Coastal stain. Over all we are very happy with the project. Most of the construction was with the Kreg pocket tool and glue. It has quickly become a favorite reading spot.

Very nice. How long did it take to build?

A definite “10” on the ‘WOW’ factor scale.

The windows and the view are a nice touch to a Great sitting area. :-) – Len
