Tools are heavy.
I recommend doing what I done when I moved into the small shop here three months ago.
I measured my available area and the floor space each took would require.
Then I scaled it all down using graph paper.
I had a grid on paper for the shop size, with the doors marked, and small pieces of paper representing the various tools.
This allowed me to get a general idea where I wanted everything before even moving the first tool into place.

Congrats, sorry to hear of the sad vehicles. Small shop put it all on wheels if you can
