no previous part Part 1 of Rouborg series no next part

I have these sweet garbage finds that have been sitting around the shop.

The first is a bunch a red oak here:

The second is some 1” phenolic (I still can’t believe someone was throwing this out)

So I think I have finally figured out what to make with it.

I am going to call it Rouborg.

Its a mft top with roubo features made with the the garbage finds on my cnc here is a mockup.

I am almost done with the design but still have to figure out how to mount my vises
(A leg vise and a record quick release metal vise as a tail vise)

What do you think – I still have some time to make changes.
