no previous part Part 1 of Jet clamp deal online series no next part

I am new to woodworking starting to collect Parallel clamps to start gluing workbench top. Can someone please let me know when there is good deal on Jet Parallel clamp sets. I know there were old threads on this topic but since Black Friday is around the corner i am hoping some deals on it.
Thanks you
AP

Any specific reason as to why they have to be Jet clamps? I use the Jorgensen and have been perfectly happy with them. One of the big box stores around here (Menards) will often have them an exceptionally good deal on them.

To my knowledge the big box stores never put clamps on sale. At least not Home Depot or Lowes. Places like Rockler and Woodcraft will sometimes though.

Where are you located, and what’s near you?

Scott, I am located in DC.
Mark, the reason I preferred the jet clamps as they have quick release and had good reviews.
I don’t have any brand Parallel clamps so my experience is zero. All I have so far are pipe clamps, and two hand screw clamps.

When I did the glue up on my bench top I used $10 pipe clamps from “one of those big box stores”. I did not have any “nice” clamps long enough and could not see paying $50-60 for ones that I would probably not use often. Whats nice about them is they can just about be any length you would ever need for special large glue ups.

Your title reads as though you are telling us about a clamp deal online.

I like the aluminum harbor freight bar clamps. They are cheap a And seem to work pretty well so far.
