28 yr old grad student in materials engineering at WVU, getting started in woodworking because:
1) always wanted to shape things out of wood and build useful, crafty furniture and cabinetry
2) finally have the space to do so after moving into a house from an apartment in Boston
3) need a break from engineering studies!
