Waterlox Original - 9 replies
I am about to finish a project primarily made of cherry. I read about a finish 1/3 M. Spirits 1/3 Waterlox original and 1/3 Pure Tung Oil. It’s supposed to be a fool proof finish for cherry. I am building some shop cabinets...

I consider myself educated, I spent months reading every book/DVD/website I could get my hands on before setting up my shop and buying tools. With that being said here is what happened…... I was ripping about 8 boards ranging in length from 24 down to 16...

A little story..... - 8 replies
Well, MarktheWoodButcher recently posted in the Trade forum advertising his 13” Delta planer. I sent him a message asking him if he would be willing to ship it to Alaska if I bought it from him. What did Mark do? He offered to give it to me for the price of shipping, quite the generous man Mark is! Here is a picture of me outside our hanga...
