I am currently living/working in south-eastern North Carolina, but I will be moving this summer.
I have been working wood (self taught) since about 1992...really working my way through numerous projects with mostly positive results. Last year I became intrigued with the "no power" stream of woodworking consciousness and have been moving in that direction.
My interests lie in shaker furniture, moutain dulcimers and self designed "stuff"...I hope to learn from my association with all the rest of the "jocks" out there.

Thanks to all the folks who have welcomed me aboard “lumberjocks”
My intent is to ultimately post projects and to actually blog…but right now I am getting ready to move to Germany with my family…this means I have tons of things that need to get done yesterday!
I will have time however to head down to Brazos de Dios Texas to the Homestead Heritage Woodworking School’s 6 day Basics course…a gift from my wife.
