A new request came to me from a member of the Pentagon to build a retirement shadowbox from the image of the Master Pilot functional badge. So here goes…

Keep up the good work. I would really like to see what you come up with. I’ve been trying to figure out how to do something similar since I retired 21 years ago. That’s a pretty complex shape. It’s even hard to scroll saw.

That’s going to look fantastic, the top already looks great.

what are the round dots in the wreath? do they represent berries? I was in an Army Aviation Unit for a full three year tour and saw those wings every day and never noticed the berries
