HEY. TRYING TO CLEAN OUT SOME OLD TOOLS WE NEVER USE. HAVE A SKIL SAW 127 WORM GEAR NOT IN NEW SHAPE, BUT NO SCRATCHES, NO PAINT JOB, IN PRISTINE AND WORKING CONDITION. HAVENT USED IT SINCE LATE 70’S, ONCE, AND THAT TIME ONLY ONCE SINCE PROBABLY 1966. BEEN IN A METAL BOX STORED IN THE DRY IN THE BACK OF OUR WAREHOUSE. TOOK IT OUT YESTERDAY, GREAT CORD LIKE NEW, PLUGGED ER IN AND SHE STARTED RIGHT UP, LET HER RUN FOR 30 MINUTES NON STOP. APPEARS TO BE LEAKING A LITTLE GEAR OIL, MAYBE LESS THAN A TEASPOON IN 30 MINUTES. PUT A VOLTMETER ON IT SEVERAL TIMES TO GROUND AND NO SHORTS. LIGHT OUT REAR (BRUSHES CONTACT ARMATURE) PERFECT AND TINY. MAY EVEN HAVE A EXTRA SET OF BRUSHES SOMEWHERE.
ALSO HAVE 4 BLADES FOR IT. ONE LITTLE LARGER THAN 12”, MAYBE A COUPLE OF 11 5/8. COULD ANYONE BE INTERESTED IN ANY OF THIS? BMTOKC@AOL.COM

Welcome to Ljs a world wide community were there are great people, super projects and great woodworkers.Enjoy !
Because I often get asked questions by new members I’ve included the answers to the most( FAQ) along with my welcoming message to LJs.
You should know that posting questions or projects here (your profile page) will not get you very many responses’ just because it’s your profile page not part of a main forum. To post in a main forum read below.

See the drop-down box underneath my Lumberjocks in the upper right hand corner. Click on the arrow and select which type of posting you want to make (Project, Blog entry, Forum topic). This will take you to the appropriate page and you just fill in the form.
