A good friend of mine has a little country store by the name of The Country Mouse she had this cart that needed refurbished in a bad way, the old wheels were just screwed to the side of the cart and would not roll so I decided it needed some help. I reinforced the frame and left the old body intact, I made these wheels and put them on a axle so they would roll, Installed a new floor, and gave it a new paint job, and made her a sign for it. I didn’t get a before picture I wished I had though the difference is unreal. She was so excided to get the new cart and just loved it. Thanks for looking.

This is my attempt at one. Turned out good, and works good I still need to put a smooth top on it such as melamine or some slick surface. A lot cheaper than a sandflee v drum sander.

I saw some pictures of the real wagons online, and decided to build one on a smaller scale. This was built in mind to put flowers on to display on a patio, porch, or sun room setting. I don’t thank it would hold up for kids to play with thus the no riders sign on the front. Although with a little more beefing up I’m sure it could be made for kids to play with. I made this wagon from scraps I had laying around the shop it was a fun project, and considering there were no plans it turned out like I wanted.

Not as good as Randall’s turning but it will do. I did not know that bowling pins were made from hard maple wood. It was simple to turn because the pin already had the basic shape the plastic cover on the pin must come off before you start turning. Thanks! Randall Sly.

I must say I don’t know how they made real spoke wagon wheels back in old times this was really a challenge, and it still didn’t turn out like I was hoping for oh! well it will do for a yard decoration. I tried to upload more pictures of it but something about anything over 5 mpb or something, but this one picture uploaded .

The picture of the old mountain man is hand routed, and has black walnut dots in the guitar neck. The bridge is black walnut with a peizo pickup underneath. The f sound holes are hand cut I used brass screws on the side of the neck for fret location it has a good blues sound to it. I also hand cut the bottle neck slide from an old wine bottle.
