New purchase today. I only bought the jointer. Its used but well cared for, tomorrow I take it for a test run after some clean up and lube. I’m slowly running out of room for this stuff. I’ll post some more pics and a review of the hoist I used to unload with, by myself.

A post entitled “I am addicted to tools” here is like naming a post “I am addicted to breathing” :)

Congrats on your new purchase. Let us know how the test run goes.

Very nice. Did you find the jointer of Craigslist?

Funny thing- I have the exact drill press and jointer in your picture, however I paid full price or sale price for them. The jointer is great and the only modifications I have made were adding a link belt and wood handles to the fence t-handles. The drill press has the same link belts added and a wood handle to the table lock. You did well.

Scrubed, cleaned , lubed and waxed. works awesome. I tryed it first without adjusting anything, then took my time to line up the outfeed with the blades. Big difference its very smooth now and way quite. Now to move more stuff to the storage shed and make more room in the garage. I’ll do some before and after shots also.
