I'm a happy husband, father of a family of 6 children and a grandfather of 4, to date. Soon to be 6. I live to enjoy time with my family. When not kayaking and/or fishing I'm usually in my shop or working to help my wonderful wife. I'm 48 years old and am an above knee amputee as the result of a motorcycle accident in 2003. I find new ways to do things each day and thank God for the many blessings he has bestowed upon me, yes even my accident. I first started wood working as a young child helping my father. I was blessed to be raised by not only a knowledgable man, but also one who has tools. Praise God! I didn't do much wood working from 1978 until around 1997, too busy making a living and raising kids I guess. Now I've got some more time and a shop to work in, so I'm at it hard in the winter and as the work load requires it in the summer months. Looking forward to passing on the skills to my grandchildren as they get old enough!
